В этом документе в окончательно виде приводятся опущенные в предшествующих версиях подробности регистрации, включая точное количество эмитируемых акций, их стоимость, величину предусмотренных сборов, а также список синдицированного распределения, если таковое предусматривается (см. pink, preliminary prospectus, red herring, syndicate allocation)
